Remote concert introduction via video chat by composer Yuval Shaked, Tel Aviv; streaming and archiving of the concert performed by the Israeli Ensemble Nikel

Objective:

Using available Internet technology to offer an expert introduction to the theme of the concert

Results:

As the Mr. Shaked was using a consumer DSL line from his home, the resolution of the video was a bit wanting. Nonetheless, the audience appreciated the live aspect of listening to the remote speaker.
